2.3 Deposits and Forfeiture: Any deposits paid to the Company, including those related to visa overstays in the United Arab Emirates (UAE), are non-refundable in the event the Customer overstays the duration of their granted visa. The Customer shall forfeit all deposit money paid to the Company in such cases.

3.1 Booking Process: Bookings for travel services, including flights, accommodations, and tours, are facilitated by the Company through third-party providers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). The Company acts as an intermediary and is not the direct provider of these services.

3.2 Changes by Third Parties: The Company is not responsible or liable for any changes, cancellations, or modifications to airline tickets, bookings, or other travel arrangements made by third-party providers, such as airlines or hotels. Any issues arising from such changes must be addressed directly with the relevant provider.

3.3 Customer Responsibility: It is your responsibility to ensure that all information provided during the booking process (e.g., names, travel dates, and preferences) is accurate. The Company is not liable for any errors or losses resulting from inaccurate information provided by you.

4. Visa Application Assistance

4.1 No Guarantee of Success: The Company provides assistance with immigration visa applications but does not guarantee the success of any application. Visa approvals are at the sole discretion of the relevant immigration authorities, and the Company bears no responsibility or liability for denied applications.

4.2 Denied Entry: The Company is not responsible or liable if you are denied check-in at the airport or entry by immigration authorities at the port of arrival. In the event of denied entry, you are solely responsible for the cost of any return ticket to your port of departure.
